Founded during the COVID-19 pandemic by two local sports enthusiasts, PHC emerged from a shared vision to reignite hockey in Plettenberg Bay. In 2022, that dream became reality when we joined the Eden Hockey League, competing against teams from Mossel Bay to Plettenberg Bay. Despite being newcomers, our men’s team achieved a remarkable third-place finish in the 2024 season—a testament to our dedication and rapid growth.

Today, PHC provides over-15s in our community the chance to play full-size Astroturf hockey, fostering teamwork, fitness, and pride. With a club of 35 ladies and 26 men, we are more than a club—we are a family committed to breaking down barriers in a sport often seen as exclusive.
